Eligibility Criteria
To join Subharti Defence Academy, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Age: 16-21 years (varies by course)
- Minimum educational qualification: 10+2 or equivalent
- Medical fitness as per defense standards
- Indian nationality (for certain courses)
Online Registration Process
Follow these simple steps to complete your online registration:
- Visit our official admission portal
- Create your student account with valid email and mobile number
- Fill out the application form with accurate personal and academic details
- Upload scanned copies of required documents (see document list)
- Pay the application fee through secure payment gateway
- Submit your application and note your application reference number
Note: Our admission team will contact you within 48 hours of submission to verify your details and guide you through the next steps.
Required Documents
Please submit the following documents (original + 2 photocopies each) during admission:
Academic Documents:
- Class 10th mark sheet and passing certificate
- Class 12th mark sheet and passing certificate
- Graduation mark sheets (if applicable)
Personal Documents:
- Birth certificate/Age proof
- Aadhaar Card
- Domicile Certificate
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
Institutional Documents:
- Transfer Certificate from last institution
- Migration Certificate (if applicable)
- Character Certificate from last institution
Other Requirements:
- Medical Fitness Certificate (as per defense standards)
- 12 recent passport-size color photographs (white background)
- Gap Affidavit (if applicable)
Note: All original documents will be returned after verification. Photocopies should be self-attested.
Academy Rules and Regulations
To maintain the highest standards of discipline and training excellence, all cadets must follow these regulations:
General Discipline:
- Punctuality is mandatory for all academy activities
- Proper haircut and grooming standards must be maintained
- Use of foul language or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited
Academic Requirements:
- Minimum 90% attendance required in all subjects
- All assignments must be submitted by deadlines
- Academic dishonesty will result in immediate disciplinary action
Facility Usage:
- Training equipment must be handled with care and returned properly
- Library books must be returned within stipulated time
Code of Conduct:
- Respect must be shown to all faculty, staff and fellow cadets
- Bullying or harassment in any form will not be tolerated
- Cadets must represent the academy with dignity at all times

- High School examination pass certificate and mark sheet (02 copies)
- Intermediate examination pass certificate and mark sheet (02 copies)
- Age proof certificate (matriculation certificate)
- Transfer Certificate/School Leaving Certificate in original
- Migration Certificate in original
- Character Certificate in original
- Medical Fitness Certificate from Registered Medical Practitioner or CMO
- Passport size photograph (12 copies)
- Gap Certificate if any (reasons for the gap year)
